My Contacts page contains the list of all your contacts: employee, supplier, subcontractor, or customer regardless of its access privilege.
To update contacts using the My Contacts Form, do the following:
1. There are two(2) ways on how to access the page:
- From your navigation bar, go to Management > Control Panel > My Contacts > Current Contacts.
- Type in 'Current Contacts' on the search bar located on the upper right corner of your portal.
2. Click the Update button on a contact under the Action column. You will be redirected to the update contact form.
3. Edit the details on the fields.
Note: For the access options, only access for employees can be updated. Access for other contact types are not available. However, you may still invite them to your portal to give them access.
4. Click Save to apply changes.
