CEO Report contains graphs and queries of finances that your company is involved in. It tracks your project’s financial progress and you can easily view the financial status of your projects for the past 12 months.

Note: By default, only the owner/admin can access the CEO Report. 

1. There are two ways on how to access the CEO Report page:

  • To access the CEO Report of all projects, click the CEO Report button from the Projects Dashboard. 
  • To view the CEO Report of a specific project, go to the project’s dashboard and click the CEO Report button or click View on CEO Report tile.

2. CEO Report displays the financial status of your project/s, Running Balance graph, Financial Charts and other financial reports of your project/s.

3. Email Reports will provide you your daily, weekly, and monthly reports of your Timesheet, Expense, or CEO submissions in your portal. Be informed of your financial status based on the data that you have filled out. To learn more, click here.

4. Reports Access allows the admin/owner to customise user access. This means that they get to select users who can or can not access the reports section of the system. 

In the Reports Access setting, you can add or remove CEO reports access to the users in your contacts.

5. You can include or exclude the GST in the computations of reports to be generated on the CEO Report. To do this, click the Include/Exclude GST button. 

A. EXPENSES

The Expenses for this Month tile shows the total amount of Paid, Reconciled, and Part Payments expenses recorded using the Expense Form. It also shows the last month's revenue and an arrow that indicates if the total expenses for this month increased or decreased.

Clicking on the tile will display the full Expense Report. 

B. REVENUE

The Revenue for this Month tile shows the total sales that the project/s made based on the registered payment using payment claims. It also shows the last month's revenue and an arrow that indicates if the total revenue for this month increased or decreased.

Clicking on the tile will display the full Revenue Report. 

C. RUNNING BALANCE

The Running Balance this Month tile shows the Revenue minus the sum of Expenses and Labour for the current month. It also shows last month's total amount of running balance and an arrow that indicates if the total revenue for this month increased or decreased.

D. LABOR COST 

The Labor Cost this Month tile shows the total cost of the users' worked hours as stated in their Timesheet submissions.

Clicking on the tile will display the full Total Labour Cost Report. 

E. RUNNING BALANCE GRAPH

This graph is a visual representation of how your company has been progressing in the past months and the current month. It keeps track of the expenses and the revenues of your company/project.

The graph contains your company’s Revenue, Expenses, and Labor Cost for the current and the past months. You can also click the graph legends to filter out the displayed lines on the graph. 

The graph also has a Chart context menu that contains options for you to choose from. You can view the chart in Full screen, Print Chart, and download the chart in PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG format. 

F. FINANCIAL CHART GRAPH

The Financial Chart graph tracks your monthly cash flow. You can easily monitor how much you have cashed in or spent money on your business.  

The graph contains your company’s Labor Cost, Expense, and Revenue for the current and the past months. You can also click the graph legends to filter out the displayed lines on the graph. 

The graph also has a Chart context menu that contains options for you to choose from. You can view the chart in Full screen, Print Chart, and download the chart in PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG format. 

G. RECEIVABLES

Accounts receivable is the balance of money due to a firm for goods or services delivered or used but not yet paid for by customers. It provides various report formats that allow quick access to information concerning your accounts receivables. Accounts Receivables comes from your submitted payment claims.

Clicking on the tile will display the full Account Receivable Report. 

H. OVERDUE RECEIVABLES

Overdue Receivables are existing payment claims that are past its due date but not yet registered as paid.

Clicking on the tile will display the full Overdue Receivables Report. 

I. UNPAID EXPENSES

Unpaid Expenses are existing expenses with unpaid /unreconciled, pay later, part payment (remaining balance) status.

Clicking on the tile will display the full Accounts Payable Report. 

J. TOP EXPENSE COST CENTRES

This graph contains the list of the top cost centres with most submitted expenses for the last 30 days.

The graph also has a Chart context menu that contains options for you to choose from. You can view the chart in Full screen, Print Chart, and download the chart in PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG format. 

To display the more detailed report, click the Full Report button. 

It has a drop-down menu containing the cost centres used on a project and a pie chart of its suppliers/subcontractors.

K. TOP EXPENSE FROM SUPPLIERS/SUBCONTRACTORS

This graph contains the list of the top suppliers/subcontractors with most submitted expenses.

The graph also has a Chart context menu that contains options for you to choose from. You can view the chart in Full screen, Print Chart, and download the chart in PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG format.

To display the more detailed report, click the Full Report button. 

It has a drop-down menu containing the cost centres and amounts depending on the supplier/subcontractor selected on the dropdown.
