An incident is an unexpected and unpleasant event that had happened in the site that is likely to cause serious problems. Any incident that happened in the site must be recorded. Incident Report displays all the submissions of the users using the incident form.
To view submissions, do the following steps:
1. Project Page – Click Risk Management tab > View on Incident Form tile.
2. You will be redirected to the Incident Report page where you can view your submissions.
- Click Download button to download your submission template.
- Click Update if you want to apply changes to your submission. Note that when you update your submission, it will be saved as the next version.
- Click Delete to remove your submission to your report.
