Calendar Reports display a calendar view of your reports page. This allows you to easily view the submissions based on the date.

To use the feature, do the following steps:

1. You may access the page by any of the following options:

A. PROJECT DASHBOARD

A.1 From your project dashboard, click the Reports button.

B. PROJECT PAGE

B.1 From your project page, click the View button of the specific form containing the reports you'd like to see.

B.2 By default, it will display the reports in List View.  Click the Calendar View option.

2. Select the type of report you'd like to view by choosing from the dropdown options. 

You may click on WHS tab to view more forms.

Note: If you've accessed the report through the project page, the respective report will display based on the tile you chose.

3. You may use the filters on the left side panel.

REPORT FILTER

You may use this filter to view the calendar view of your selected report. The available reports for calendar view are the following:

Including also those that are under WHS tab:

All of the items above have calendar view of the reports for all your projects. The following reports will just open a new tab and redirect you to the respective table view of the report:

PROJECT NAME FILTER

You may use this filter to view only the submissions for a particular project. 

SUBMITTEE FILTER

You may use this filter if you want to view the submissions based on the user who submitted the form. The list of users that will appear are only those who submitted the corresponding forms.

4. You can directly submit from the calendar report itself by clicking the Create button which will open a new tab to your new form. This button is available for all your reports.

5. After submitting your newly created form, you will be redirected back to the Calendar Report reflecting your recent submission.

1. Your filters will depend on your selected report. For example, when you select Project Admin Notice, there will be a notice filter and your displayed data will depend on your submission's type of notice.

2. The following reports will display on the calendar based on date submitted:

  • Hazards Registry 
  • Incident Report
  • Project Admin Notices 
  • SWMS 
  • Toolbox Talk 
  • WHS Induction

3. The following reports will be displayed on the calendar based on a specified date:

  • Hot Work Permit - Issue Date
  • Site Diary - Diary Date
  • Test and Tag Register - Inspection Date
  • Visitor Log In - Date of Visit

4. You may click on the tile to view a brief summary of the submission.

5. Click Edit to update your submission.

6. Click Delete to remove the submission.

7. For Variation to Contract and Request for Information notice:
7a.  Approve - If you wish to approve a customer notice, click the Approve button.

  • Approving an RFI(Request for Information) notice will move the notice to the Approved tab on Customer Notices Report. 
  • Approving a Variation to Contract Works notice will move the notice to Approved tab on Customer Notices Report and Variation Breakdown on Project Breakdown.

7b. Not Approve - If you wish to not approve a customer notice, click the Not Approve button.

  • Not approving an RFI(Request for Information) notice will move the notice to the Not Approved tab on Customer Notices Report. 
  • Not approving a Variation to Contract Work notice will move the notice on Not Approved and Claimed Variations table on your Project Breakdown. 

7c. Notes - Click the notes icon if you wish to view the note/s for the customer notice. You will be redirected to the Notes Tool page.

7d. Download - Click the download icon if you wish to download the customer notice.

8. Only the owner can view all the submissions. If the user is not an owner, he/she can only see his/her own submissions.

9. The displayed reports available are only for users who have access. If a user cannot view the report, you may check on User Access in order to give him/her access.
