This feature of sending a quote template to your contacts is available in Quote Journey only.

Prior to using this feature, you must submit a quote first. For more information on how to do this, click here.

1. Once you have submitted your quote, you will be redirected to the submission summary page. Click Send Template.

2. Select the users you want to send the quote template to. By default, the email address of the customer is already included in the list.
Note: Only users in your contacts will appear on the options. You cannot send to users which are not in your contacts.

3. Click Send to send the quote template.

4. A confirmation message will display. Click Go Back to close the prompt.
