For every project, there are certain equipment that needs to be hired for the work.
To submit an equipment hire form, do the following steps:
1. There are two(2) ways for accessing the equipment hire form:
- From your project page, go to Construction tab > Create on the Equipment Hire tile.
- From your navigation bar, go to Construction Phase > Accounts > Equipment Hire. Or type in 'Equipment Hire' on the search bar located on the upper right corner of your portal.
2. Select a Date Hired of the equipment.
3. Select a Project Name. Note that the field will only appear if you created it outside your project.
4. Fill out all fields especially the required fields on the Equipment Cost table.
5. Click Submit.
