Purchases are expenses in Small Builders. To integrate it on to your MYOB, do the following steps:

  1. From the navigation bar, click Management > Integration> MYOB > Purchases > Register > Small Builders to MYOB. If certain supplier’s name is highlighted in red, it means that the supplier does not exist on your Small Builders portal. You need to integrate that supplier first through Contacts > Suppliers.
  2. Select Expense Type then click View Record.

3. Select the MYOB Layout and MYOB Item/ Account from the dropdown and select the  purchase submission by ticking the checkbox, then click Integrate.

4. To check if you did the integration correctly, go to your MYOB > Purchases > Purchase Register. All records integrated will then be displayed.
