Notes Status page let users see all the available status for their notes.
To manage the notes status, do the following steps:
1. From your navigation bar, go to Management > Control Panel > Notes Status. Or type in 'Notes Status' on the search bar located on the upper right corner of your portal.
2. You will be directed on the Notes Status page. Default status cannot be updated or deleted.
Note: You can update the color of the status you have added.
- Use Add Status button to add new status to the list.
- Use Update button to edit or modify the details of the note status.
- Use Delete button to remove the status on the list.
