To view the notes report, do the following steps:
1. From your navigation bar, go to the Management > Reports > Notes Report. Or type in 'Notes Report' to the search bar located on the upper right corner of your portal.
2. There are three (3) types of notes: Resolved, Current and Deleted.
3. Choose the type of notes you want to view and click the specific tab.
4. You will be directed to the page of your selected note. Click View History to view the history and details of the notes.
