Reports are the representation of the project’s status. Through reports, you can evaluate and review the progress of your projects individually.
To view reports, do the following:
1. Click on the Reports button in the upper right part of your Project Dashboard.
2. Click View Report on the Reports page.
By default, all reports are shown. You can filter your reports by phase. To filter the reports, click on the project phase above the project. The four project phases are: (a) Pre-Construction Phase, (b) Construction Phase, (c) Risk Management, and (d) Management.
(a) Click Pre-Construction Phase for reports produced before the construction of the project. There’s only one report under this phase which is Contracts Report.
(b) Click Construction Phase for reports produced during the construction of the project. The reports under this phase are Timesheet Report, Project Admin Notices, Expense Report, Equipment Hire Report, and Site Diary Report.
(c) Click Risk Management for reports produced by factors which concern evaluation of critical risks of the project. The reports under this phase are SWMS Report, Toolbox Talk Report, Visitor’s Log Report, Incident Report, Safety Inspection Report, Induction Report, Hazards Registry Report, and WHS Report.
(d) Click Management for reports produced by factors which concern management, may it be financial or various activities that affect the project. The reports under this phase are Timesheet Report, Notes Report, Expense Report, Equipment Hire Report, Financial Report, Forecast Report, Financial Graph, and Site Diary Report.
